The booking fee is non-refundable and needs to be paid prior to me receiving quotes via email. All quotes will be sent within 48-72 hours of my form submission. Each booking fee guarantees a minimum of 3 quotes but no more than 6 quotes total. It is my responsibility to provide a decision within 2 weeks of quotes being sent. Should I need more than 2 weeks to make a decision, I will provide written notice to adventuresbynatasha@gmail.com. If I need more than 2 weeks and do not communicate it then I will have to pay a new service fee for quotes.
